Strawberry Banana Protein Shake

1/2 cup strawberries (frozen are fine)
1/2 banana
1/2 apple with skin
1 cup fresh spinach
1 medium carrot
1/4 medium cucumber
1/2 stalk celery
1 small handful parsley
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 inch fresh ginger (optional)
1 serving protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup milk of choice or water
1/2 cup ice cubes
