Chocolate Protein Waffles
2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (look for grass fed low temp processed whey)
½ ripe banana, mashed
4 tablespoons milk of choice
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flax seed
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Mix the ingredients in a medium bowl. Heat a waffle iron. Grease it with coconut oil and bake waffles according to desired doneness. (This also makes great pancakes!) Top with grass fed butter, maple syrup, fruit and/or almond butter!
