Nuts can be hard to digest because of the phytic acid and other enzyme inhibitors that they contain. As a nutritional therapist, I am trained in traditional nutrition approach to whole foods. The practice of sprouting nuts actually makes nuts easier to digest, the nutrients more available and taste great! However, if you are still having trouble with digesting nuts there may be something else going on in your body. Instant message me and we can set up an appointment to get to the root if what is going on inside your own body. We are all unique, bio-individual beings, as a nutritional therapist, I use science and your body to determine what your specific nutritional needs are.
