Almond Butter Coconut Apple Dippers:
1 1/2 Tablespoons almond butter
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
a few dried granny smith apples (with no sulfates or sugar)
Mix the first 4 ingredients together and use the apples to dip and eat!
It's sweet, easy and full of healthy fat from the almonds and the medium chain triglycerides from the coconut.
