Turkey Apple Hash

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • ½ onion, diced

  • ½ red or green pepper, diced

  • 1 apple diced with skin on

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 dash nutmeg

  • 1/2 jalepeno, diced (optional)


In a medium saute pan, cook all ingredients over medium heat. Once meat is cooked through, serve or store in the refrigerator for later use.
